The characteristics of this blend are structure and thickness. The blend of which it is composed includes a selection of arabica and robusta with a strong and complex character. It is a 40/60, that is a 40% of arabica (between natural and washed) which is combined with a 60% of selected robusta (over three single origins). The prevalence of robusta and the stronger roasting give the cup of coffee a full and strong flavor, loved and sought after especially by those who like to sweeten their coffee. The tactile qualities (thickness and creaminess) are accentuated and the taste is strong and marked.

provi il 24 Carati, ha un blend differente ed una tostatura meno spinta rispetto al 18 Carati.
Par di capire che lei ricerca meno amarezza a parità di cremosità. Provi il 24 Carati non se ne pentirà.
